Terms and Conditions
The rental does not include hotel pick-up and drop, food or drinks, gratuities, or expenses of a personal nature.
The client is responsible for returning the bike in the same condition it was rented.
Cancellation must be made in writing by you or your travel agent who booked the rental.
Cancellations are effective from the date the written notice is received.
No refund will be given for unused services once you start using the product or service.
If a refund is processed via international bank transfer, all bank fees must be borne by the customer.
If cancellation is made less than 14 days before your booking, or in the case of a no-show, no refunds will be provided.
